HELP - babies head picked to bone by flock!! (beware - photos)

The chick is almost 7 weeks. 6 and half.

She is up now and drinking a ton of water. I put some durvet (?) in it - vitamins and minerals for animals. My husband said while I was gone that she got out of the box and was pecking at his office door. So that's a good sign.

I just checked her over a bit again. At the base of her neck, where she still has skin and feathers, it is hanging off about half an inch. The rest seems to have been clotting well today. I cleaned it some more and then coated the whole area with neosporin.

She is now in a large cat crate near the heat lamp with water, food and room to move around. I put a towel in there for bedding and she is immediately next to the brooder where we have 3 baby chicks. So at least she has chicken noises.

I put mom and the other baby back in their mini-coop. The other two big hens are back in their coop/run. So everyone is separated. We are having some crazy rain, but hopefully it won't flood again tonight. Once our hen is done with brooding babies, do we need to worry about her integration back into the the flock of the other two hens? Will they attack her too?She is at least their same size and was 2 months ago a part of this flock.

This whole thing stinks horribly.
