Help! Baby Chic Fell On It’s Back And Looks Unconscious

I accidentally dropped my 3 week old baby chick on the ground when I was carrying him, and I picked him up but he’s not moving or opening his eyes or wiggling is he still alive and is there anything I could do. Help Please!

I just checked but I don’t think he’s breathing anymore and he’s legs are stiff. I think he’s dead
