HELP! BABY CHICK BLEEDING ANS SHRINK WRAPPED

I don’t have a incubator and our mother hen ditched about 7 eggs so she had more room for others and once she hatched. 2 babies she didn’t want more. I need help because since the eggs where so close to hatching I put them under a brooder plate, and have a humidifier on them but one shrink wrapped still so I applied wet paper towel and tried to peel back but it’s bleeding! Is it the chick or veins or are the veins dead? Help it’s day 23 and she’s very weak

We had one in the same situation yesterday and our chickens are very very hardy but the other chick bled and is perky now

I've never been able to save a chick in that situation.

I dab the blood with flour. I don't help out of an egg if there is blood.
