I got baby chicks a few days ago and one of them has had an unsolvable issue. she was lifting her butt in the air, overextending her legs, and falling forward constantly. it’s not a splayed leg, or a pulled tendon, and we found a bald spot on her left hip, it hurts when we put pressure on it. Please help me on how to fix it!
i’ll attach a photo of her hip
i have a video but can’t attach it yet

How do you know she's in pain? Is she hunched over and quiet?
No, she’s chirping really loudly when it’s put in an uncomfortable spot. We hold her so she can sleep because she won’t bend her legs without chirping loudly. If it gets relaxed and it bends, she chirps loudly.

Can you get pictures of the leg?

the picture is the best i could get without stressing her out more. The bald spot on her hip is visible, that’s how she’s extending her legs when she tries to rest and stand.
