Help ! Baby chick keeps falling backwards

I just brought them home today and the one is hardly walking just chirping non stop, it's like she's exhausted but whenever she falls asleep she starts leaning backward then wakes herself up and keeps repeating this. She seems to have no interest in food or water either ! Please help !

You could try to dip her beak in sugar water. Not sure what else you could do to get her to drink; but drinking is the number one priority with new chicks.

Update !! I want to thank you so very much she seems to be doing better. Moving around drinking and eating on her own, she's not as active as the other chicks but definetly seeing improvement within the past couple hours.

Just make sure she doesn't have to move far to get to the water, food, and heat. Good to hear that she's doing better.
