I think that his mom saw that he was hatching and wanted to help but he was not fully ready and some veins on the egg broke.
I stopped the bleeding.
The broody is a Australorp and he is a bantam. She might've gotten to rough.

I am in New Portland between Skowhegan and Farmington. Maybe we are close?

I would put a few grains of sugar into his mouth if he is weak. Just a few, maybe 4 or 5 grains of sugar. They will dissolve and give him a little energy. you can do this every 2-3 hours if he needs it.

He looked extremely young, and they're always wobbly in the first few days.

He is under his mom. He is all fluffed up. I'll post a video.
