It sounds like Crazy chick disease. Give her vitamin E and selenium as a supplement with her feed.

Okay are you talking left side in the picture or the anatomical left which would be where your fingers are?

The crop is on the anatomical right. Think of it as if you are looking straight ahead looking through the chicken's eyes. Anatomical right is YOUR right side, not a mirror image.

I found this picture on line. You can see here what I'm referring to. The crop is on the 'left' side of the picture but the 'anatomical right' of the hen.

You can provide selenium naturally in sunflower seeds.

For young birds shelled, just the meats. Don't over feed because it's easy to do. They LOVE them.

I would re-check for another hair or foreign object again, but it wouldn't hurt to give Vitamin E and B1.
400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex once a day. A little egg or sunflower seeds(as suggested) have sufficient selenium for the uptake of E.

I agree, it's worth a shot!
The OP initially did pull a hair out of the chicks throat and symptoms improved, so maybe just coincidental
