HELP baby chicks crop is huge and water comes back out when she drinks

anyone please help baby chicks crop is bigger than the rest and she is spitting water back out her mouth what can i do to help her

What are you feeding the chick? What are you using for bedding? How old is it?

i am feeding chick starter i just got the chick yesterday at tactor supply along with 5 others

Bedding??? Pine shavings? What?

yes pine shavings

Look up crop impacted and/ or crop bound on BYC. You should find some answers.

I lay paper towels down over my shavings and just change out paper towels every morning and evening. I got rid of my small shavings and bought the Tractor Supply brand name that is very large shavings. They cant eat the large shavings, but for now lay papertowels down for them. Hope all goes well

i have done the oil thing and massaged her and i cant get anything to come up or go down i took her away from the other chicks and now all she does is cry and keeps scratching at the sides of her neck any other advice

she also has a big bubble on the side where her feathers are gone looks like it is stretch as far as the skin can go and she falls to that side sometimes i am afraid she is going to die
