Help!!! Baby chicks hatched from broody mom injured!

Don’t have much time. Hen hatched 2 chicks just now. I wasn’t home so I found one on the run floor and the other in the coop. Ones back has no feathers and it’s back is red it also isn’t standing up but breathing. Other isn’t standing up but breathing . What should I do ???? Have never had this happen before

I'm so sorry to hear about this scenario. Most likely these birds will not survive if they haven't passed already. This can happen and is sad, regardless.
There still alive. Ones doing better but the other I dunno. She has two more eggs which should be hatching soon
 
At least one of them look like it's been badly pecked, is the mother separated from the rest of the flock or not?
If not try to keep any other hens away from the nest.
 
Update: both chicks are dead sadly. There are two more eggs both are fertile. I placed the hen in her own separate enclosure because before she was in the normal nesting boxes. Hopeful we have more success with these two
