Help! Baby has turned foot

I got some silkie chicks yesterday and they gave me a baby to help. I thought he had splay leg. But his foot is not flat. It is turned sideways. He hops around on one foot fine so far. Is there a fix for this? Will a chicken live just hopping on one foot?
I don't know if he holds it up because it is turned or it is maybe deformed and won't stretch out.
