chick born with swollen belly

Help. I had this baby hatch two days ago. And it's belly it swollen, and it seems to have a hard time breathing.. I put it into the incubator over night and it seemed to have went down and then a couple hours later it's swollen up again . What do I do?

It probably has internal issues, sadly a humane euthanasia is probably best, I’d guess developmental issues with the gut, nothing you can do, just a freak thing.

I put it back in the incubator and the swelling went down.. but still seems like it's having trouble breathing...

If it is having trouble breathing then there is likely some issue with the respiratory system. The swelling could be pressing on or taking space away from the lungs to properly expand. You can keep on monitoring but culling might be the kindest solution.
