help baby hatched in the house and now has bad looking tummy

We have a turkey sitting on her eggs and some chicken eggs.
All the chich born have been found dead. So last night we found
this chicken egg peeping. Watched it until the turkey kept rolling
it away. So we brought it in. In a box with a light. Now that its hatched
it just dosnt look right. Has a bump on its lower side like its inside
is coming out. Will try and post pick but that may take a while.
What if anything should I do?

Just keep it warm! maybe a lil neosporin if raw. 90-95 degrees until healed. Fresh water and a lil feed on the floor. Gently dip the beak in the water. I do it 2-3 times to make sure they know what it is. But for now WARM! and a lil humidity might help? Time will tell.
