Help baby silkie was just born and now he has something hanging!!!

He just hatched and everytime he peeps this thing gets larger, when hes quite it seems to shrink. The area of the vent seems to be very swelled and there's this bubble coming out of it. Almost looks like a bubble of blood..

My first initial thought is that it's the vent, not the navel... So it seems like a prolapse to me.

I have no experience with this, and I am so sorry that no one is here right now to help.

iodine on it & it should shrink on its own but keep it away from others for now as they will peck at it. & make it worse.
