Cat got ahold of a wild baby turkey. I don't know any thing about turkeys. I need to know how and what to feed it. It looks about 2 days old. HELP PLEASE!

chopped up leafy greens (even grass), crumbled corn tortillas (uncooked), strawberries chopped up for starters. Turkeys need a varied diet. They will also eat tuna, chopped cooked chicken or fish.

How old do you think it might be? Any real feathers on it?

Wild turkeys, even babies, are wired for survival. Don't expect a lot of cooperation from the little one, and try to disturb it as little as possible when you care for it.

The proper thing to do is to contact your local G&F Dept and turn the poult over to them. I am sure that your state like all the other states have laws on how to deal with wild game babies.
