HELP!!!! beak injury

I don't think she needs any antibiotics as it just doesn't look infected. If it is not growing in properly, something else is going on here. I think the only thing you can do is keep her healthy and living a normal life and see if it grows in. As long as she can eat and drink properly and seems to live a happy life, then let her be. If at any time she starts to go down hill or can't eat, you might consider putting her down.

Protein is essential for tissue repair. My girls love slivered almonds, alone or in oatmeal, they love scrambled eggs and sometimes I even give them shredded cheddar cheese for a treat. They LOVE it even when they won't eat anything else. Make sure your bird is getting adequate nutrition, including calcium and vitamin D (from the sun). Is the feed you use balanced? Do you give oyster shell grit? If not I would start. Try electrolytes in the water, you can get them at almost any feed store. It's usually 1/4 teaspoon per gallon of water for poultry, and it needs to be remixed every day.
This could also be fungal, but given the nature of the injury and how it occurred, I would think it's simply fr trauma, and you should start to see re growth within a couple of weeks.
