HELP! Beginner with peachicks!!

Welcome to BYC congradulations on your new family members, pea are like no other birds i have ever been owned by, fun birds to learn about and they are beautiful too.

Well my little Pea's have made it to 6 weeks. Took them outside for an adventure while a worked in the garden, went well for 2. Penny and Sheldon loved it. They jumped out of the dog crate and ran around chasing bugs, snacking on grass and chatting with each other. Leonard however is not a fan of nature! He hid in the box, lettuce encouraged him out. Than he spent almost an hour stuck to me or my chair. Total mommas boy... Any advice for 6 weeks and up? Should I start working on changing their food to a big kid feed? If so to what.... if not when?
