Help Big Cat Stalking My Chickens And Ducks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was out in the front yard and i turned to look at my coop and i saw a big chestnut colored cat walking up and down the perimeter of my coop. I was able to scare it off but it came back.i shot at it (missed on purpose) and it ran away. I thought i got rid of it but around 8 it came back. What type of cat is this and how do i stop it without killing it.
