help! Big lump above chicks wing

I hope someone can help me.I have a 4 week old chick who has this large round cyst or something between its head and wing. Does anyone know what it could be? It can't walk cuz' it either hurts or it it can't balance its self.

Try giving more information: hard lump or softer? Can you get a picture? Is the chick eating and drinking? How many chicks do you have with it, and in what type of conditions?

It is the size of a medium sized gumball.The chick eats,drinks,poops&churps! I can't post a picture, but I wish I could.At first I thought something was wrong with its leg,til I found it.The lump is firm.I can't say its rock hard but its not soft either.Sorry I know that sounds weird.
