Help!! bird flew into window!!

It is still alive and happened about half an hour ago. Seems to be a honey eater of some sort. I think he is in a little shock and isnt moving much but still is breathing. we took him inside and it's in a box. What do we do!! It's getting quite dark outside so will it still be ok to let him go when it's ok?? Help!!

I would call an animal rescue centre

you could give it mealworms and when it gets better release in morning

or sugar water as its a honey eater

but personally I would send him to the professionals

Thank you. We called a wildlife rescue and they advised to release him in the morning and don't feed it cause it would imprint and then trust humans. We put a warm water bottle and he will not come off the glove that we used to rescue it. I am actually not sure what type it its here's a photo
