I came home yesterday to my little golden chick with blood on her wing. It looks to have come from her feathers. It is dried and I have her separate from the others, but what do I do now? Wash it, wiping it off didn't work. I'd have to wet her.

Wet cloth will work if she won't let you hold her under water...You don't want it to be a target for others...

She is currently separated, some of my chicks are pretty dominant. This one is one of the more aggressive ones. I have 3 out of 7 that are pretty dominant. I read getting them wet wasn't good. Do I leave the feather intact?

I'm not aware of a breed that can't get wet, it should be fine...And from what i can see from picture, I'd leave the feathers, i don't see any I'd remove, but I'm not there so take that for less than you paid for it! ;-)
