Help.. bloated girl

Help.. she is super bloated, has a poopy butt and is moving around very slowly. Any ideas on what’s going on and what I can do to help her?

It just started today.. she was picking at food but not like her normal self. I just picked her up and she “threw up” watery stuff

How old is she?

When was her last egg?

What's her poop like?

Any lice or mites?

Her spitting up water, I'd check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink, if it's not empty, then I'd start addressing that symptom according to the article below.
