I came home today to see blood spots in my coop and it turned out to be bloddy stool. They are still on medicated feed (10 weeks of age) and have plenty of fresh water and food. They have very clean bedding and I am not sure what to do! Please Help!

Try this;

THE MILK FLUSH
for the treatment of
coccidiosis
4 lbs. of dried milk
2 lbs. of corn meal
2 lbs. of oatmeal
1 lb. of bran

This should be fed for 3-
5 days with no other feed
except greens.
(why this works):
the large amount of milk
makes the chicks thirsty
causing them to drink.
The milk sugar will
turn acid in the
stomach and the
added water will
flush out the system

sometimes..........................more preventative then corrective. sometimes they still can get it and i would treat them with corrid. just went through this and they can start droppin pretty quick if left unattended. best of luck

p.s mine are fine now

We have the same issue, but I read somewhere that Corid and Sulmet are not safe for ducks because of their increased water consumption. We keep our ducks and chickens together, so what's our best option?

they are on apple cider vinegar until i can get to the feed store tomorrow for corrid, best
I could do at 9 pm. I would do the milk flush but I don't have the money to buy all the powdered milk. ( 9 $ a pound!!!)
None look sick or droopy and they are going through lots of water. Only some of the flock is infected. I have more regular droppings then bloody droppings.

TY FOR ALL THE HELP GUYS!!!!!
