Help! Blue comb. Lethargic

Hi. I’m hoping someone can help me. My Derby girl hen is sick. I’m not sure if it’s worms, respiratory or egg bound. She has a messy butt. Her comb is bluish and she is sluggish. waddles when she Walks.
She Is a 5 year old sex link mix. She usually lays HUGE eggs. Here are some pics.

I’m not sure, but I’ve had two hens die from spider bites recently and their combs were blue, I’ve also had two rabbits bit a few years ago and they had blue lips.
