Help! Blue Jay egg vandal!!

Hi everyone, one of my girls is a huge BLRW who refuses to use the indoor nest boxes so we made her an outside box which worked great until a local scrub Jay found it and now waits outside the box for her to lay and then pecks a hole in her egg as soon as she leaves! I have tried ceramic eggs and he still gets the real one, any ideas how I can stop him appreciated!

Perhaps a roll away nest box...the egg rolls into a compartment when hen stands....
Do/can you have a rooster?
My rooster chases wild birds away that steal feed..he killed a sparrow last week.

I will look into that I didn't know such a thing existed! at the moment the nest box is a large plastic trash can as she is so big, she dwarfs my other large breed chickens but maybe I could make a roll away her size. a Rooster isn't an option unfortunately. Thank you!

If you're around all day to release the hen a trap nest is another alternative.

Hang a flower pot up on a tree or fence, in the pot put a spring trap strong enough to kill the bird, cover the trap with dirt and put eggs and ceramic eggs on the top of that. Provided the bird is not a protected species
