Help!!! Bottle feeding baby goat with PROBLEMS!

UPDATE: she is doing fine, atleast acting anyways and playing, I trully beleive the bleeding is from an injury, falling and landing on a hard floor on her back. The bleeding very minimal now but not completely gone. Thanks for the reply's, and still wondering if 3-4 feedings a day is enough at 8 days old or if it should be more like 5-6 times. Her poop is more like an orange color, pretty hard, atleast not diahria anyways, is that normal, or normal color? The adults are pellets and black, hers is one thing and orange/rusty brown in color. Thanks

Here's some pics, she's super playful, bucking running jumping, and drinks fine, sometimes to fast and coughs or weezes, but seems normal besides the blood. You can see it a little here, the black spots is her skin.

Yes, feeding 3 times a day is enough even at birth. Believe me, you can do more harm feeding her too often.
You may need to add some electrolytes to her bottle for a few days. The bleeding might be stress related.
I don't know for sure, just giving you an idea.

Her poop sounds normal for her age. I keep hay for mine, so when they get the urge to chew, they have something good to nibble on, instead of things that they shouldn't be chewing on....goats love to eat things that they shouldn't.
If you have other goats, they can teach her to eat hay and grain.
My kids that are raised by their mothers start tasting hay and grain before they are a week old. They mimic their moms behavior.

Although, if the bleeding doesn't stop, you know where you need to take her. You don't want it to go on too long.

And the suggestion about the baking soda is a good one. That helps to stop bloat and upset stomach. I put some in my adult goat feed as well.

Also, it would be a good idea to give her a CD/T shot, she is old enough now.

She sure is a cute little girl.

I feed 4-5 times a day at that age (generally 5 times if it's a keeper kid, 4 if it's being sold on the bottle), AND I feed as much as a baby wants to eat, but you HAVE to do it from the beginning because if they have been limited they will tend to want to over eat. My current baby turned 3 weeks yesterday and is still on 5 bottles a day, and will be on a minimum of 4 until she's atleast 8 weeks. Also I feed straight whole milk, I do not mix it w/ anything.

I have no idea on the bleeding thing, never had that happen, so can't help there. She looks good though!

When I had my dairy, my kids got cow milk or pasteurized goat milk. Never raw goat milk because of the possibility of transmitting CAE. When I had fresh cows the kids got raw cow milk. Many kids got raised on plain old cow milk from the store. My dairy kids got fed 20 oz mik 2X per day, plus access to hay and grain.

You should be perfectly fine with the whole milk. When we had our bottle babies YEARS ago we fed them a beer bottle full of whole milk with some sugar mixed in. They grew big and healthy and never had any medical issues. Unfortunately we lost them to a bear two years ago, but they would have been nearly 10 at the time.

I am feeding her 4 times a day about 8 oz seems to fill her up and not bloat her. I am mixing 2/3 gallon whole milk, 1/3 half and half to richen it up. She seems to be doing good. Since you all say her poop sounds normal, if the blood stops and it was just an internal injury, I think shell be good. Thanks for all the info.
