Yes, feeding 3 times a day is enough even at birth. Believe me, you can do more harm feeding her too often.
You may need to add some electrolytes to her bottle for a few days. The bleeding might be stress related.
I don't know for sure, just giving you an idea.
Her poop sounds normal for her age. I keep hay for mine, so when they get the urge to chew, they have something good to nibble on, instead of things that they shouldn't be chewing on....goats love to eat things that they shouldn't.
If you have other goats, they can teach her to eat hay and grain.
My kids that are raised by their mothers start tasting hay and grain before they are a week old. They mimic their moms behavior.
Although, if the bleeding doesn't stop, you know where you need to take her. You don't want it to go on too long.
And the suggestion about the baking soda is a good one. That helps to stop bloat and upset stomach. I put some in my adult goat feed as well.
Also, it would be a good idea to give her a CD/T shot, she is old enough now.
She sure is a cute little girl.
