I just went by to check my incubator and the temp was down to 70 and had been that way for a couple hours I am guessing, because I went back to check the breaker, it was flipped. I have it turned back on now and back up to 99.5. I am worried that this could affect my hatch and ruin all my eggs. They have only been in there about 5 days. What should I do?

I think the best thing to do is give them like 4-5 days and then candle them. Then you will be able to tell how they are doing.

Don't worry too much - same thing happened to me and I had 7 successful chicks from it!

Don't get uptight yet. Mama hen usually gets up off the nest every day to do the necessaries so the eggs are built for short cooling periods. You've already brought the box up to temperature so there's nothing to do now but wait. Candle the eggs in a couple of days and you'll know if you have lost any.
