Help - Brinsea Tech support?

I have a Brinsea Advance 20. Barely used. Just went to start it up today to get ready to put eggs in and the screen flashes and reads : SENSOR ERROR.
ANYONE know wats this means? And if anyway i can fix it?

yes - only open 9-5 Mon-Fri.

I would wait til Monday morning to call and find out what to do. Unless someone with the advanced posts.... I have the Eco 20. The eggs will be ok for a few days.

On a good note, Brinsea is a really quality product and their customer service is top notch. You should have a solution when you call them.
