Did you try resetting it again? I had trouble with mine. The temperature wouldn't go over 90. I tired turning it off and resetting it... I checked the plugs to make sure they were plugged in good. I had to send the top part back to them. There was nothing I could do to get it to work. I lost an incubator full of eggs. Did you put your eggs in yet. I would hold the eggs and call them first if you haven't.

I might add that it worked great last year. I was real pleased with it.

Thank u for input. I have tried to reset, and unplug but still same message. I havent put eggs in yet. They just arrived today
