Help! Brisea Mini temp dropping mid-hatch!

First time incubating. Two of five eggs just hatched this afternoon. The others have pipped. I just checked on them and the Brisea Mini readout said that the temp was 92. I watched as it kept dropping to 89. Ran and got a heat lamp and brought the temp back up. Called Brisea and they thought “cooling setting was the problem. Turned that off completely. Hung up and the temp started to drop again. They’re closed now and I have no idea what to do. I’ve hung the heat lamp, but I have to keep moving it so it doesn’t get too hot or cold. I can’t do this until everyone is hatched and dry. Help! Suggestions? Advice?

How did it go? Sorry no one was able to help. I had that happen on a cheep incubator once. I never even thought to grab another heat source.
