HELP!!! Broken egg in incubator 8 days in.....WHAT DO YOU DO???

I started incubation on 3/13/12 and all has been going well, good temp. good humidity. But today I look in and one of the eggs is broken and a peice of shell and some yolk is in the water in the bottom. Will this ruin the rest? Should I risk opening the top to get the broken egg out or just leave it? Any advice would be appreciated.

Take the broken egg out of there or your going to have a stinky stinky mess. I open my bator several times daily and still have great hatches you'll be fine

Thank you for your replies. I have gotten the broken egg out and temp and humidity are still good to go. Now, i'm awaiting day 11 to candle them.
