Sorry to hear that, can you hold it upright so we can see how they look like when the chick is in a more normal position? I agree with @Chicken poppy don’t hold the chick upside down if you can help it. Keep us updated

The chick is in a chick chair and wrapped legs, i looked at slipped tendon pictures and she has just slipped tendons, she is just annoyed that she cant flail around

Unfortunately, most slipped tendons, and leg bone deformities (varus, valgus, twisted tibias) cannot usually be fixed. Sometimes, putting the chick down is best for it. Here is a good link that explains slipped tendon and how to attempt to put it back in place:
