I have 4 hens, 7 months old, that have always gotten along great. One is an easter egger bantam, and she stopped laying and has been sitting on the other's eggs for nearly a month I think. I take her out and put her in front of food and water a few times a day and remove the eggs. My barred rock and regular sized easter egger (who used to be her best friend) have started pecking her every chance they get. There's also a wyandote, and she's oblivious. The poor bantam is terrified of them and has a hard time getting to the food when I take her out if others are around.
Any tips on what I should do to restore harmony around here?

It is not unusual for broody hens to be chased and pecked. Once the broodiness passes they may be chased a little while they are reintegrating with the flock, but mine have always gone back to normal after a short while.

In the mean time just distract the others when you take your broody hen out or give her food and water removed from the others.
