HELP! Buff Orp hen with Black globs on head - how do I treat it? HELP!

I was going to doctor her for mites/lice but when I caught her she didn't have mites, she had black globish kind of stuff - What is it?

Hm... would it be a scab? No.. she probably got infected.. like cut it and stuff. Just.. I'd say don't get the other chickens by her in case of spreading. I really hope I could give you better infomation.. but I've never seen this D:

Ya know after I posted I looked again and you could be right about a fungus but it really reminds me of the human form of impetigo which is a strep infection of the skin. I have no idea if chickens can get anything similiar but the crustings really reminded me of impetigo???
