Help!! Buff orp is not right!!

Looks and sounds like my chicken. I quaranteed her from the rest of the chickens and ordered some tylosin. Expecting it to arrive today. In the meantime, my hen was sick so, I gave her some antibiotic prescribed for me that was not ever used. She look like she was going to die if she didn't get something qujick. I have been putting a little ground up in her fresh water daily for four days. She has improved dramatically. Not making that noise anymore, much more active and friendly running to me for treats. Have not put her back with the others yet. No symptoms so far from others.

It doesn't sound like any of these diseases to me..........and it happened all within a 24 hour period - prob less actually. There wasn't enough time for me to get any meds before she died. It was just so sudden.
