Maybe get her some pain meds. from your vet. Metacam (oral suspension) or Banamine injectable (0.1cc per day). That should really help. I have also used lidocaine cream on their feet. I've had no problems with that. But be Careful w/the Banamine- I OD'd a duck on it- I gave him 0.8cc IM, should be 0.1cc.

Our regular vet doesn't know much about birds and admits it. She is a bit hesitant to treat - but I can understand that. I gave Angel some greens this afternoon and some hugs, she seems so alert just doesn'st want to get up and move around at all. Maybe she just needs to rest it for a while.
