Do you have a parent or neighbor that can help you with her? What I mean is by your description, it sounds like your hen is not doing well, she's in a state of decline and may not make it

Yesterday she ate 23 bites of pellets soaked in water... I don’t know why I decided to count, but I did lol. Anything else I can do for her? I’m hoping that this bump will just go away if I keep it from getting infected...

I'm checking in this morning to see how you and your hen are doing. So sorry to hear that she is declining. You must feel terrible to feel so helpless. I don't know how old this hen is but sometime you have to let them go. Keep her warm, comfortable, and know that nature take it course whether we like it or not. Sending love......

Is she pooping?
It's good that she ate some wet feed.
Just stick with what you are doing and see how it goes. The swelling may reduce and she will feel better for a while longer.
