Help! Can’t find any Tylan 50. What can I do?

Yeah go ahead and give another dose. Remember to gently shake the bottle before removing the medication. But do it gently otherwise it could be too bubbly.

I went to the pharmacy and found a more precise 1ml syringe. So I would do the 0.1?

Welcome to BYC. Can you contact a local vet today, and ask about getting him seen for a possible respiratory disease? Some feed stores sell Tylan 200, and it can be used, but the dosage is 1/4 that of the 50. Here is where you might be able to find Tylan powder for the water:

Dosage is 1 tsp per gallon or 1/4 tsp per quart of water for 3-5 days. Be sure to add the water to the powder, not the other way around to mix, and change it every 3 days.
I have the same dilema and am looking for options. Any thoughts on this med? It seems like a good combo

If you are treating Mycoplasma, see if the pigeon supply still has this in stock, I'm not showing it sold out, but you never know.

As for the Doxy/Tylan, personally, if that's all I could find, then yes I would get it.
