HELP, can you identify these spots, fungus?

Where do you live? Fowl pox is transmitted by mosquito bites so, unless you live in a climate that is still having mosquito activity in the middle of winter, I'm guessing that it's fungal if anything. I'd apply some NuStock to it and see if it changes it. If you don't have any NuStock available to you, maybe an antifungal lotion/creme like one would use for foot fungus...Lotrisone or some such thing.
