Help - Can you identify this turkey breed?

I have enjoyed it as well, turkeys are both a joy and a pain at the same time, they are such goofs, and I wouldn't want to be without some.

Oh, wow. Another beauty. Is this a girl? I see the little beard in the chest. But some girls have them too correct?
 
She's my bearded lady, Annie. A Bourbon Red.

My young toms are lap turkeys, and so far no sign of them getting tired of it. Our young hen will stand on my lap, but doesn't settle in and chill like the boys do. Not sure how they'll be as adults - my first year with turkeys :) They are so much fun to have around, and have definitely become pets!
