help cant add pics to replys

how come when i try to add a attachment to a reply it tells me i dont have permission to add it an where do i go to get permission. not sure i like this new byc thanks everybody

WHAT... you can't load an image?!? Did you click on that little pic icon above (between the arrows and the little film clip icon)

I'm not sure but I think there's a problem with posting pictures....When I tried to add photos this morning and last night they disappeared and so did my language????

I'm going to try again!...............It's working now....! My computer may have been tired!
