Help!!! Chick can't walk!

I've taped the toes and hobbled the legs. The chick straightens up a little now, sometimes. Otherwise, it lays on its chest most of the time still.

The hocks are looking very sore. I'm thinking of suspending the chick somehow...has anyone had any luck with this?

Chicks can get sore falling on their hocks. I have had success helping out with this by placing a rectangle of thin cushioning against the back of the leg such that it extended from just below the hock to just above the hock, and taping the cushion to the leg with sports tape only below the hock so the leg could freely flex.
