Seems healthy and strong chirping up a storm dragging the shell around. It doesn't appear to have anything else protruding. No excess fluid when it came out of the shell,

I am not that knowledgeable but I would leave it for me a short time. I have seen this in our hatching and it was separated in 10-20 minutes. Others with more knowledge may state differently.

put the eggshell in the bottom of a cup and her on top of it at the same time so there's no tension on it. A cup she cant get out of and give it time to dry up.

And just that fast the shell is now separated, just in time for the next chick to hatch with the same issue, except this time I can see a tiny red line. Sigh, one out of the bowl and one going in.

Lol, sometimes they hatch a little faster than they should or maybe the humidity is a little high? Either way you just want to prevent them from pulling on that by dragging the shell around because (and I have seen it happen) they will pull too hard and their intestines will come out.
Congrats on the new littles!
