Help! Chick hatched a couple of hours ago with yolk sac not fully absorbed i think (update: not a yolk sac)

Mgg would definitely know more than me. I just knew it wasn't yolk. Sorry I got your hopes up . I hate losses and have a big hatch kit now.

Okay I moved him to a box with a heat lamp and scrambled eggs. He isn't moving, breathing though. My mom thinks its internal bleeding.

Can you get a couple clearer pics? I just don't know. It doesn't look good. I don't know if it's safe to put anything on it. @Pyxis @WVduckchick can any of you help?
