Help chick hatched can't stand

Hi please could someone help me I had to help this chick hatch as it wasn't making any progress .. it has now hatched and can't stand just rolling all over the incubator please could someone help? I have attached a video

Sometimes it can take a little bit before they are up and about. How long ago did it hatch? How long was it pipped with no progress?

Definitely need more information on your chick. Is the chick laying on its stomach? On its back? Are you waiting for other eggs to hatch so haven't taken it out of the incubator? Have you examined it for any deformities? How much help did it need? Is it an average size chick?
