It sounds like these chicks are sick and more than simple stress. I think the live one is dying.
Put that in your topic title 911 dying chicks!
You need some Poultry Nutri-Dench but I am not sure you have time to go get it from
Tractor Supply or your feed store. It doesn't need to be digested, goes straight into the bloodstream. 50% uptake in 15 minutes, 99% uptake in 30 minutes.
One drop per baby chick. 3 drops each for your older chicks. You can also use Pet Nutri-Drops the same way and dosage per the science
techs at the Bovidr Lab who make both formulas. See here, post number one:

Tho they are a "help", the problem with the electrolyte solutions are they still need to be digested. When birds get stressed and sick, one of the first results is impaired ability to digest helps.
