Help chick just hatch! Is it sick!

Looks like little eggs all over it’s body. Is this normal. Is it sick? The shell also had all this weird stuff in it.

It looks like he was not ready to hatch yet.

Well it’s yolk looks to be fully absorbed so he was around ready to hatch maybe it was some of his membrane that’s my best guess as I’ve never seen anything like that.
Hopefully someone with a bit more experience chimes in that’s just my 2 cents.

Thank you! Looks all better now. Now I’m just curious for what’s on her feathers. Other two chicks don’t have that.
