all help would be greatly appreciated!

Just leave it be. That happens sometimes with chicks (I know nothing about quail, so maybe post in the quail forum?) I know chicks that happens to need to just relax and keep absorbing.

ETA: I just posted this on my friend who raises quail's FB page. Hopefully she knows more. No, I KNOW she knows more than me.

Did it hatch that way? I would leave it alone. Sometimes they do ok absorbing it on their own. If it's a little bloop on his bum, take him out when fluffy and put him in the brooder so he can get food and water. Hope the others hatch for you! And good luck!

its having such a har time even getting up i notice either it or another chick that has just hatched has torn the yolk sac all up and its bleeding

i feel so bad for it! its trying so hard its hatched about 20-30 minutes ago and still hasnt been able to get up

You should try to isolate it from other hatching chicks and put some cornstarch or flour on the bleeding. Without injury they usually heal up fine, but with an injury there could be a problem.

Hope she recovers.

ive put it in a small plastic storage container with some micro fleece cloths to cuddle into and have it close to the heater the temps in there are 95. it still hasent been able to walk or even stand up the bleeding has stopped and its drying out(the yolk sac) it was drying in the incubator as well which is why i opted to move it into the plastic container next to me i tried dipping its beak into water to drink then foo to eat but it wont its very weak. ill stay up with him tonight and keep him close to me an the heat. if the chick shuld die which is very likly at least it will be safe, warm and comfortable. poor poor baby
