Help chick loosing fluff on head and has a bad cut

Help my chick might die she is losing fluff on her head and has a lump of blood on her head and it is getting worse by the day what is going on and what can I do

How old is this chick? Is she in a brooder with other chicks? If so, she may be being picked on. If this is the case, check your heat, make sure it is not too warm and they have plenty of space for the amount of chicks. Make sure they are all eating and drinking. You may need to single out the one doing the bullying.
