HELP!! chick not breathing right

Hello, this chicken hatched with an umbilical hernia. It has been doing okay, eating and drinking, other than having very rapid short breathing. It also seems to be growing a little bit slower than the rest. Today it started to almost be gasping for air and I don’t know what to do. It breathes in with and open beak and then out through its nostrils, but very fast (don’t really know how to explain it) I know it’s not panting, because the brooder is exactly 99, and all the other chicks are just fine. Any advice is helpful!!

Might have fluid built up from the hernia. Not much to do in that case. Let’s get some other eggsperts in @casportpony @sourland @Eggcessive
