Help chick pipped now I see blood and airbubbles

I posted this in the incubating eggs list but I am repeating it here as I don't know if I'm supposed to do anything here.
I'm a newbie.

The chick pipped through a number of hours ago and I wasn't concerned until I looked in the window and saw blood and airbubbles
what should I do if anything?
